Formation Activities for Grade 11 Chairperson Applicants

The Lourdesian Leadership Empowerment Activities Program (LLEAP), immerses the senior high school students in the spirit of involvement in the school community, in running and maintaining their own organization. Subsequent to the applications, the LLEAP organizations, the General Academic Society (GenAdSoc) and the Integrated Mathematics, Science & Technology Guide (IMSGuild), have prepared the Formation Activities for the aspiring Grade 11 chairperson applicants.

The schedule are as follows:

Date Time Venue
July 31, 2017 – Monday 8:00 am to 12 pm Room 308 (Truth)
August 14, 2017 – Monday 9:30 am to 3:00 pm Room 308 (Truth)

Applicants shall wear their proper civilian attire. Collarless shirts are allowed.

The Parent’s Permit will be issued on July 29 to the respective class monitors of each section, to be distributed to the applicants. Or, you can download the permit here (Parents-Permit-Formation-Activities). The Parent’s Permit should be accomplished and submitted on the first day of Formation Activities. Panel interviews shall be scheduled on the succeeding days of the Formation Activities, mid-August.
